Product Feature

This product is mainly designed and manufactured by the company to meet the need for fine sanding of wooden product surfaces in the furniture manufacturing industry. It is a floating primer sander.

It features a fixed workbench. The sanding frame components adopt numerical control lifting for thickness determination, and the sanding belt speed is adjusted by frequency conversion. It has the advantages of high sanding accuracy and high efficiency.

It is mainly used for primer sanding and pre-treatment of workpieces (sanding before painting). It can also be integrated into an assembly line production with NV and UV painting, which can greatly improve work efficiency. It is an ideal equipment for safety, environmental protection, high quality, high efficiency and in-line production in the furniture manufacturing industry.

	1. Motors for coarse sanding, semi-fine sanding, fine sanding are inside setted, to make cleaning appearance.
	2. The second group of idler rollers is anti-reversal roller, to protect the safety of the operator.
	3. The support plates are made of high quality casting, which makes our machine more stable and high accuracy.
	4. SPR-RP series configured with precision spiral planing cutter module, and in keyboard type sectional pressuring structure. It's can plan and sanding at the same time, stablly and precisely.
	5. SRR630S type is equipped with 8 sets feeding rollers, 3 front, 2 in middle, 3 rear. So it can apply to materails over 230mm length.
