1. The machine body and workbench are made of high-quality castings, which are specially cast and precision-machined, with stable performance and good precision.
2. The spindle is made of special material, 50mm diameter and long wheelbase design, and is precision processed, dynamically balanced and precision assembled, which makes it stable, durable and accurate.
3. The worktable adopts 450mm wide worktable, which is convenient for the user to process the rough board and large board.
4. Feeding system is configured with 4 groups and 2 groups of 6 active feeding rollers to ensure smooth feeding of keel bars.
5. Electric lifting mechanism is used to lift the saw shaft parts, which is convenient and quick to operate.
6. Feeding adopts variable frequency speed and universal joint drive, the feeding speed can reach 6-35m/min.
7. The front of the machine feed is equipped with a triple backstop and rebound safety device to ensure safer operation.
8. Configure the air and water spraying mechanism under the base to cool the saw blade to improve the service life and durability of the saw blade.
9. Optional configuration: 2 laser marking machines are installed above the feeder to facilitate the user's alignment and processing of the wide edge plate.
